Obsidian's FIRST QTIBIPOC Play Party OF 2022 will be April 29th 8pm-2am.
All attendees must register for themselves via the event google form before purchasing a ticket. QTIBIPOC registrations will be processed before allies (non-QTIPOC). Tickets for sponsored allies ONLY will be processed the WEEK OF the party, in order to maximize attendance for QTIBIPOC.
Following registration you will receive a link to PURCHASE YOUR TICKET within 1-2 business days. Standard tickets are $7-10. Limited early bird pricing at $5 is available for those who act fast!
"Sponsored allies" are allies listed as a "attending with" by a QTIBIPOC in their registration form, and by doing so the QTIPOC attendee takes full responsibility for the ally. Ally participation will not exceed 10% (typically we there are 1-5 ally tickets sold total out of 90). No tickets will be sold at the door. We appreciate all attendees considering attending the event low or scent free.
BYOT - Bring your own toys to play with and share!
This party will be DRY in order to reorient our focus toward consent and play. The venue does not allow drugs or alcohol. The parking lot will be available for smoking, though attendees must cover up (it is a public lot) and no play is allowed in this area.
Covid testing is REQUIRED. Regardless of vaccine status, please provide proof of a negative covid test taken within 24 hours of the party at the door.
Accessibility Information: The venue is accessible by public transit. There is a parking lot available though no reserved disabled parking. The venue is accessible via wheelchair. The venue's entrance has no strobing or flashing lights with a well lit entrance. The venue does not provide security personnel. The venue will have colored dimmer lighting throughout but will still be well lit. There are two bathrooms that are accessible and will be marked as gender neutral. The venue generally uses alcohol disinfectant as cleaner and we recommend guests to come low or scent free, though this is not guaranteed. Music will be playing throughout the event at a moderate level.
Light refreshments, water and soda will be provided. We recommend all attendees to bring reusable full water bottles. The venue is well ventilated.
